Everything we sell is digital, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for at the door.
Delivery time
Your store is built and delivered in just a few minutes after checkout. You receive an email with your store access link and setup instructions.
Live sessions
Your 10 weekly live sessions start on the next scheduled date after your purchase. Invites and the calendar link arrive in the same welcome email.
Did not receive your delivery?
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, email support@storebuild.ai and we will resend access right away.
Physical products
We do not ship physical goods. If your own store sells physical products, shipping is handled by your suppliers under your own store policy.
